The worst investors today are those who buy a property with just one plan. For example :

  1. Buy property hoping to flip it as they are not keen to rent it out.
  2. Buy property solely targeting students. Then the college close-down and no more students could rent the units from us.
  3. Buy properties that can only make money if you do airbnb. Then Covid19 or some other global event happens, tourists are gone, and you have no rental.

And that’s why I keep repeating that never buy property where you only have one rental or exit options. You need property that can give multiple options, even during crises like this.
