FAR Capital X Airasia Open Day

AirAsia has made history by becoming the first airline to offer its employees, known as Allstars, as well as gig workers, an exclusive benefit that provides financial education and the opportunity to own property. This landmark initiative is a result of AirAsia’s recent partnership with FAR Capital, a leading prop-tech company.

Through this collaboration, Allstars will have access to a range of services provided by FAR Capital at no cost. These services include financial screening, educational classes, debt consolidation, and special discounts on property purchases. Faizul Ridzuan, CEO of FAR Capital, believes that this partnership will significantly improve the livelihoods of Allstars and serve as a model for other companies to follow.

Faizul Ridzuan delivered a presentation during the FAR Capital Property Fair held at AirAsia’s headquarters, RedQ, KLIA on 3rd July 2023. The event received positive feedback, with attendees benefiting from free financial screenings and complimentary refreshments.

Key Highlights Of The Event

1. Open Booth for Allstars: The event featured an all-day open booth where AirAsia staff could undergo financial screening and have face-to-face consultations with FAR Capital’s team. The financial screening team provided results within minutes, allowing employees to receive tailored financial advice and explore available property projects, with the option to make instant bookings.
   
2. Special Appearance by Faizul Ridzuan: Faizul Ridzuan addressed key issues, including the high cost of property and living, and offered solutions such as owning property without using personal funds and buying at discounts of over 20%.
   
3. Free Treats for Attendees: Attendees who underwent financial screening received free earpods, tacos, and Inside Scoop ice cream as a special treat from the FAR Capital team.

The event was a resounding success, with nearly 500 AirAsia staff in attendance and over 200 financial screenings conducted. Attendees expressed surprise and gratitude for the opportunity to learn about innovative ways to purchase property.
